Denny’s Customer Survey

Dennyslistens is a survey website that fast food chain Denny’s uses to gauge the satisfaction level of their customers. Since the company was founded in 1989, branches have expanded rapidly throughout the United States and many parts around the world including Brazil, France and Germany. There are two reasons for their success: good food and quality service, and surveys play a key role in making sure it stays this way.

How to Take Part in the Survey

There are only a few steps necessary to complete the survey:

  1. Go to
  2. You will see above the page a logo of Denny’s and a welcoming message. There are three language options: English, Spanish and François.
  3. Select the language you want to use by clicking the button next to it.
  4. Click next.
  5. The next page will ask for the survey code. This is found on your receipt so type it in. Make sure the code you enter is correct, as some codes are just 4 digits while others are longer.
  6. Once you have entered the numbers you will be taken to the questionnaire proper. The questions will focus on your experience at Denny’s involving the food, service, etc.
  7. Answer all the questions as thoroughly as possible. Be honest with your answers since this is how the company will be able to further improve their service. Some of the questions require a simple yes or no while others need a bit more detail.
  8. After you are done answering the questions, a validation code will appear onscreen. Get your receipt – the one with the survey code – and write down the code.

The next time you drop by Denny’s, bring this receipt with you. Hand over the receipt to the appropriate personnel (instructions provided in the survey) and you should get a unique offer for taking part in the survey. There’s really nothing to it: turn in the receipt and you will get a reward.


Keep in mind that during the survey you can leave comments or complaints, and there’s no need to worry about privacy as all information you enter is kept confidential. As was pointed out earlier the purpose of the survey and the questionnaire is to determine how satisfied customers are with their service.

All the answers to the questions that you and other people supplied will be used to further improve your experience the next you dine out. However those who participate in the survey at need not be concerned about security as all details are never divulged.
